Forma shower trays are made of resins and natural mineral components. Gelcoat is applied directly into the mold and then covered with resin of the same color. In this way a thermofusion occurs between Gelcoat and resin which guarantees a high quality finish. With this production system we obtain a finishing thickness of 900 Microns – 1,250 g / m2
The product is made with materials that allow for quick cleaning and hinder any bacteria deposits on the surface. Use specific products available on the market for cleaning. Use a soft cloth for all cleaning, never use abrasive wipes. Do not clean with alcohol, acids, nail polish or paint remover or other aggressive detergents. Do not use calcium oxide or hair dye, given the high concentration of methylene. The table in the catalogue shows the resistance characteristics of the various products.

Tecnotek is a noble material composed of 100% acrylic resins which gives the possibility to create shower trays of various shapes. Thanks to Tecnotek, you can have the same material inside the bathroom both on the plate and on the top of the cabinet, in order to create a unique and inimitable color harmony.

Clean the surface using warm water and a mild detergent on a soft damp, non-abrasive, cloth or sponge. Rinse withwarm water on a soft cloth and dry using a soft cloth.
STAINS OF HARD WATER SOAP OR MINERAL PRODUCTS
Clean using a descaling detergent (e.g. vinegar, VIAKAL®, CIF® anti-limescale). Rinse with warm water on a soft, non-abrasive cloth and dry using a soft cloth.
OTHER STAINS MARKES, LIPSTIC, etc.
Clean using a non-abrasive ammonia detergent. Rinse with warm water on a soft, non-abrasive cloth and dry using a soft cloth.
PERSISTENT STAINS
Use an abrasive detergent (e.g. VIM®, AJAX®) on an abrasive sponge (e.g. SCOTCH-BRITE®). Rinse with warm water on a soft cloth and dry using a soft cloth.

• Use a soft cloth for all cleaning, never use abrasive wipes.
• Never use powder detergents; use only liquid cleaners such as Svelto or Nelsen.
• Do not use acetone, ammonia or products containing these substances as this will damage the product beyond repair.
The same goes for products containing formic acid or formaldehyde.
• To remove stains, apply Svelto, Nelsen according to their application instructions and rub with a soft cloth.
• To remove any limescale deposits on the surface, rub with a cloth dampened with lemon or vinegar, preferably heated.
• Use a normal polish (also used to polish car chassis) to restore shine to acrylic surfaces.
